Are your items authentic and 100% genuine?
Yes! All our products are brand new in packing, 100% authentic and come directly from a pharmacy wholesaler.
Can I pick up my items?
Yes! We are located Champion Lakes, Perth. Please contact us before coming into store. You can purchase online and bring your invoice directly into store where we will accept payment. Alternatively, you can enquire without purchasing, then pick your items up and pay instore.
Can I pay bank deposit?
Yes! Please email us if you wish to pay bank deposit and we will give you the details. You are to use your order # as reference so we can mark off the payment correctly.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! This has to be brought to our attention within 3 days of receiving your item. If your item has been damaged by the postage company, please keep all parts of the product and your post bag to return to us, so that we are able to make a claim. Return postage is to be paid by the BUYER unless a mistake has been made on our part (for example we have sent you the wrong item).
Do you ship to P.O. Boxs?
Yes we do. Please be aware that shipping time may increase by up to 15 business days.
Do you express post?
No! Because of government regulations, we are unable to express post perfumes, due to them being transported by aircraft. We pride ourselfs on ultra fast delivery!
What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?
The differences are the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance.
- Pure Perfume - 15-30% aromatic compounds
- Eau de Parfum - 10-15% aromatic compounds
- Eau de Toilette - 5-20% aromatic compounds
- Eau de Cologne - 2-5% aromatic compounds
Some manufacturers make a solid perfume, solid perfume is as strong as a pure perfume however it is in a gel-like consistency.
Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply.
