Are your items authentic and 100% genuine?
Yes! All our products are brand new, in original packaging, 100% authentic, and sourced directly from licensed pharmacy wholesalers. Can I pick up my items?
No, we are an online-only business based in Perth, Western Australia. Orders are shipped from warehouses located across Australia and the United States. Can I pay bank deposit?
Yes. Our payment gateway, Stripe, offers direct deposit as a payment method. Please note: payments via bank deposit may take longer to clear compared to credit cards. Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. If your item is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging and product components so we can lodge a claim with the courier. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless we've made a mistake (e.g. sent the wrong item). Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do. Please note that delivery to P.O. Boxes may take up to 10 additional business days. When will my order ship?
We dispatch most orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If you'd like to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@magicperfume.com.au. Once an order is dispatched, we're unable to make changes or stop delivery — but you may still be eligible for a return. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure whether we can ship to your country. Do you express post?
Unfortunately, no. Due to government regulations, perfumes cannot be express shipped (they are considered flammable and are not allowed on aircraft). However, we pride ourselves on fast standard delivery! What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?
The difference lies in the concentration of fragrance oils: - Pure Perfume - 15-30% aromatic compounds
- Eau de Parfum - 10-15% aromatic compounds
- Eau de Toilette - 5-20% aromatic compounds
- Eau de Cologne - 2-5% aromatic compounds
Some brands also make solid perfumes, which have a high concentration in gel form.
In general, the higher the concentration, the longer the scent lasts — and the less you need to apply.
Note: Eau de Toilette and Eau de Cologne are often interchangeable in men's fragrances. Aftershave has the lowest concentration.
What is a tester?
A tester is an original, authentic fragrance in a plain box, usually without a label or cellophane wrapping. We offer testers so you can enjoy your favourite fragrances at a discounted price.
Note: Tester packaging may be marked "Not for Sale" by the manufacturer. Testers are non-returnable and non-refundable. All tester sales are final.
